Annet Mahendru

Mahendru a Russian Indian mother was born in Afghanistan. She can speak fluent German Russian English, French Persian and Hindi. Annet Mahendru has a Russian-Indian father. In her early teens, she created a choreography that earned her a slot on German television as a beautiful Russian snow maiden, who turns into a playful Indian dancer. Her high school graduation was with a degree in New York and received a bachelor of Arts in English at St. John's University. In college, she attended acting classes in the HB Studio but then left to study improvisation in the Groundlings School taking on several comedy shows afterward. Her birthplace was in Kabul Afghanistan to a Hindu-Indian father Ghanshan Ken Mahendru and an Russian mother Olga. Their parents split when she was 13 years older and they was moved from the city of her birth to East Meadow New York with her father.She is a part of Matthew Rhys and Keri Russell on The Americans on FX.
