Hilarie Burton

Hilarie Burton is a well-known American actress and producer. Her earlier job was the VJ on MTV's Total Request Live. She rose to fame for her performance as high school student Peyton Sawyer, in One Tree Hill. Along with her television career she is also recognized for her roles in the shows Our Very Own Normal Teenager and The Secret Life of Bees. She has a role as the character Dr. Lauren Boswell (in the enormously successful television show Grey's Anatomy) and a frequent character on America Network's White Collar. Recently, she starred in the role of Molly Dawes in ABC's drama Forever. She also had a role as Extant on CBS. She is known for her work in The Summer Villa Surprised By Love Christmas on the Bayou and The True-Love Tale of Boyfriend & Girlfriend. Hilarie is a favorite for her part as Sara Ellis in the TV revival of the franchise Lethal Weapon in 2017. She is also involved with a number of philanthropic organizations and supports causes like equal pay for both genders as well as the fight against breast cancer.
